The following information/documents are usually required during the loan process:

• Your Social Security number
• Two-year residence history with Landlord information
• Two-year employment history
• 30 days most recent  pay stubs or, if self employed, your tax returns for the past two years
• Proof of other income, if applicable (Retirement, Social Security, Disability)
• Bank statements for the past two months
• Investment account statements for the past two months
• Retirement account statements, most recent
• Account information on all debts you currently owe

If you are refinancing, we also need:

• Mortgage account information
• Home insurance policy information
• Home equity account information (if applicable)
• Copy of HUD-1 Settlement Statement and Title Policy from your original closing
